ORGANIZERS' DECLARATION OF LIABILITY EXEMPTION

1) The Participant declares under his own responsibility, to be in good health and to exempt the organizer of the event from any related civil or criminal liability e following the verification of the aforementioned suitability

2) The Participant relieves the organization of any responsibility, direct or indirect, for any material and non-material damages and/or expenses
(including legal fees), which may arisederive from his participation in the sporting event, including as a consequence of his own behavior;

3)Finally, by signing this form, the Participant assumes all liability derive from the exercise of the activity in question and relieves the organizers from any civil liability and criminal, even objective, as a consequence of injuries caused to oneself or to third parties and to illnesses that have occurred during the entire duration of the event, or resulting from the use of the infrastructure, as well as relieves organizers from any liability related to theft and/or damage to any object personal.
